Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 3, 2024

VGM Group LLC, doing business as StageTwo Labs ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), provides vehicle wrap, window tinting, and detailing services. These Terms of Service govern your use of our services.

1. Vehicle Wrap Services

1.1 Installations

The Company produces vehicle graphics with detail and quality appropriate for viewing from a distance of at least 15 feet. Graphics and alignment as applied to vehicles may not precisely match digital proofs produced for Client review. The Company only guarantees final prints designed and set up by the Company for print.

The Company expressly disclaims all warranties regarding:

• Paint jobs on non-standard OEM cars and trucks
• Buses, boats, trailers, RVs, custom vehicles, and vehicles with OEM paint that is more than 6 years old
• Damage caused to existing vinyl decals during installation or removal process

1.2 Limitations of Vehicle Wraps

• Vehicle wraps are not paint and may not conform to extreme curves, bumps, rivets, and deep channel curves
• Small areas may reveal the original vehicle color
• 1-inch seams where 52-inch or 60-inch vertical panels meet
• Complex designs may not achieve 100% alignment due to vehicle curves
• Positioning can vary from the proof by several centimeters

1.3 Installation Conditions

• Suitable indoor conditions required: clean, dust-free, temperature-controlled environment
• Minimum 5 feet working space around the entire vehicle
• The Company reserves the right to relocate installation if conditions are unsuitable

1.4 Installation Time

• Full wraps typically take up to three days
• Partial wraps typically take one to two days
• The Company reserves the right to take additional time as needed

1.5 Warranty on Labor and Materials

• 1-year limited warranty on installation
• No warranty on horizontal surfaces with direct sun exposure
• Warranty is non-transferable
• Installation claims must be made within 48 hours

1.6 Vinyl Removal

• Removals are quoted separately and charged by the hour
• The Company is not responsible for paint damage or existing striping damage during removal
• Clean removals recommended within 3-4 years of installation

2. Window Tinting Services

2.1 Installation

• The Company uses high-quality window tinting films
• Installation is performed by trained professionals
• Tint darkness will comply with local and state regulations

2.2 Curing Time

• Clients must allow for proper curing time as advised by the installer
• Windows should remain rolled up for the specified period

2.3 Warranty

• Manufacturer's warranty applies to the tinting film
• The Company provides a 1-year warranty on installation
• Warranty does not cover damage due to improper care or accidents

2.4 Maintenance

• Clients will receive care instructions for tinted windows
• Use of abrasive cleaners or sharp objects will void the warranty

3. Detailing Services

3.1 Service Scope

• Detailing services include exterior wash, wax, interior cleaning, and other specified treatments
• The Company will use professional-grade products and techniques

3.2 Vehicle Condition

• Clients must inform the Company of any existing damage or sensitive areas before service
• The Company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage

3.3 Service Time

• Detailing time varies based on vehicle size and selected services
• The Company will provide an estimated completion time

3.4 Satisfaction Guarantee

• Clients should inspect the vehicle upon service completion
• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of service

4. General Terms

4.1 Pricing and Payment

• Prices are as quoted in the estimate provided
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed

4.2 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations may incur a fee

4.3 Liability

The Company is not liable for:

• Damage to vehicles due to pre-existing conditions
• Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle
• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances or acts of nature

4.4 Use of Images

The Company reserves the right to use images of completed work for promotional purposes, unless explicitly prohibited by the client in writing.

4.5 Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms of service. Clients will be notified of any changes.

4.6 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Placer County, California.

By accepting our proposal and estimate for work to be performed and activating the job order, the Client agrees to the terms stated above.
